- Transaction Data: We collect payment receipts uploaded for the K50/mo Pro subscription to verify your account upgrade.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To strictly verify merchant identities, match selfies to official IDs, and prevent fraud.
- To operate and maintain the Shop Dalila directory.
- To display your verified business profile, contact numbers, product photos, and reviews to prospective buyers.
- To provide Pro merchants with profile analytics.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Sensitive verification documents (IDs, PACRA certificates, and selfies) are kept strictly confidential and are used purely for internal vetting. Merchant business information (such as WhatsApp numbers, business names, product photos, and reviews) is intentionally made public to facilitate social commerce. We may disclose private information only if required by Zambian law or to protect our platform from fraudulent activity.
